It's been warm around here lately! Whew! I thought summer had come early.
Thankfully today things were a bit cooler. Tomorrow will be as well, so head outside and swing by Downtown for the Farmer's Market. It's open from 8am-1pm each and every Tuesday (and Saturdays, too!).
The chard has been beautiful!
Sourdough bread is perfect for toasting.
Tender lettuces are perfect with a drizzle of homemade ranch dressing. YUM!
We've been roasting our broccoli until the tips are crunchy and then squeezing a lemon over the warm veggies. Delicious!
Snow peas are delightful for an afternoon snack.

PS: Saturday, May 12th is Kids' Day at the Farmer's Market. There will be extra fun activities for the kiddos including a bounce house!
